学历及任职条件 ：
1、全日制应届、往届本科毕业生或以上；
2、取得学历、学位双证书；
3、通过大学英语四级以上考试；
4、熟练使用CAD制图和office办公软件；
5、擅于独立思考，具备完成故障改善项目的能力；
6、社会实践丰富、工作主动、责任心强，无任何违法乱纪；
7、活泼开朗、吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
8、持有操作证及具有大型企业或外资企业工作经验者优先考虑；
9、认真做好公司领导交办的其他任务；
岗位职责：
1、能提出相应阀门的主要结构、材料、选型、技术条件等设计方案，讨论研究后，编制设计文件；
2、负责校审后图纸的修改、打印文件的复核，对有争议的技术问题应全面审核；
3、经常深入车间、班组及其它相关生产现场，了解设计图纸上存在的问题不足，不断完善设计图纸等相关技术资料，以便提高设计质量；
4、负责完成常规产品修复设计及工艺改进；
5、按照设计要求出图,包括平面图及三维建模图；
6、完成工件的各工序技术和作业要求、规范、检查标准的编制；
7、对修复件的试制过程中各阶段检测报告记录进行整理、分析，并进行设计更改；
8、协助培训部门做好新产品、阀门相关知识的培训工作。
